Will vaginitis cause dysmenorrhea?

Will vaginitis cause dysmenorrhea?

Vaginitis is a common disease among modern women and can cause great harm to our bodies, so we must pay attention to preventing it. Keep your vulva clean, pay attention to personal hygiene, and take a bath frequently. Generally speaking, vaginitis will not cause dysmenorrhea, but if it is stimulated for a long time and no timely treatment measures are taken, the pelvic cavity will be infected and cause dysmenorrhea.

In normal healthy women, the vagina has a natural defense function against the invasion of pathogens due to the characteristics of its anatomical tissue. When the natural defense function of the vagina is damaged, pathogens can easily invade and cause vaginal inflammation. The pathogens are mostly Trichomonas vaginitis, candidal vaginitis or bacterial vaginitis caused by other vaginal bacteria, which are often manifested as increased vaginal discharge with odor and vulvar itching.

It is important to do a good job of prevention. Many women do not know how to prevent vaginitis. Let me introduce it to you below.

1. Try to stay cheerful, because psychological reasons can also reduce the body's immunity, allowing Candida to take advantage of the opportunity to invade.

2. Wear breathable clothes and avoid wearing pantyhose or tight jeans continuously.

3. Do not use disinfectants or various cleansers to frequently rinse the vulva and vagina.

4. Wear cotton underwear and change it frequently. Keep the towel and basin for cleaning the vulva separate.

5. If you used to like sitting by the pool in your swimsuit and chatting, you’ll have to change that behavior in the future. Don’t sit casually in public swimming pools, bathrooms, or even public toilets.

6. After defecation, the direction of wiping should be from front to back, so as not to bring Candida albicans from the anus to the vagina.

7. Use drugs for prevention and treatment.

The triangle area of women is very important. If it is not properly protected, it will cause various diseases. In severe cases, it may lead to infertility, endocrine disorders, etc. Therefore, we must pay attention to preventing various gynecological diseases. Patients can use cleansing lotions and conditioning medications under the guidance of a doctor and do not allow it to develop. I hope every woman has a healthy body.
