How to treat grade 3 breast hyperplasia?

How to treat grade 3 breast hyperplasia?

The mammary gland is a symbol of femininity and a necessary condition for being a mother. However, breast hyperplasia has been a problem for many women, and some women even reach level one and eventually develop breast cancer. Therefore, it is urgent to pay attention to female breast hyperplasia. As the name suggests, breast hyperplasia means breast enlargement, which is accompanied by breast pain, menstrual disorders, etc. There are many reasons that lead to breast hyperplasia, such as long hours of work and relatively high estrogen levels. There are many methods for the tertiary treatment of breast hyperplasia.

1It is more common in middle-aged or elderly women who have given birth. Imaging shows nodular shadows of varying sizes, ranging from a few millimeters to 1 cm in diameter, with lighter density, similar to glandular density, and blurred edges. No clear boundaries. Sometimes these nodular shadows can merge into larger patches; according to their distribution range, they can be divided into three subtypes: mild, moderate, and severe. Light means that its range does not exceed one-quarter of the whole breast, medium means that it does not exceed one-half, otherwise it is heavy. The pathological basis for this image is due to duct dilatation, proliferation of connective tissue around the duct and atypical proliferation of breast lobules.

2. Poorly degenerated ductal hyperplasia type of breast, in which most of the glands in the parenchyma have degenerated, but the ductal epithelium proliferates into a stratified layer. Severe hyperplasia causes the duct to expand in a columnar shape, and the duct is divided into three levels according to the degree of deformation of the hyperplastic duct.

Type IIIa: Ductal hyperplasia, but no obvious changes in duct diameter and morphology, arranged in normal anatomy into thin cord-like dense shadows.

Type IIIb: The number of ductal hyperplasia increases, occupying most of the main ducts, and some ducts are dilated and deformed. Pathological sections show obvious atypical changes in the ductal epithelial cells.

Type IIIc: Generalized ductal dilatation involving the main and branch ducts, with residual poorly degenerated leaflets forming a beaded pattern. The ducts may undergo fibrosis or adhesion to each other, forming a columnar high-density shadow. If the diameter is >0.5 cm, it is called a large duct phase. Pathological sections show changes such as ductal hyperplasia, high-grade atypia, atypical hyperplasia and small cystic dilatation. Statistically, the cancer rate of this type is higher after the age of 50 to 60 years.

Intermediate type - IV This type is a mixed type of the first three types, and is also a transitional type between the various types. It is divided into three levels based on X-ray manifestations and is more common in middle-aged women who have given birth less or never. Imaging shows scattered flake-like dense shadows, but the range is smaller than that of the dense type, occupying a quarter or slightly more of the entire breast. Many scattered fat septa can be seen in the dense area. Type IVa: The breast parenchyma is in the process of degeneration, subcutaneous fat and mammary interstitial fat gradually increase, the subcutaneous fat layer becomes thicker, and the glandular density decreases. The gland density is relatively uniform and the leading edge is relatively smooth.

The most important thing is that the patient is in a good mood. Treatment in traditional Chinese medicine will help you regulate your qi and blood, dredge your meridians, and completely eliminate toxins. You can eat beans and vegetables in your diet, but be especially careful not to eat animal fat to prevent excessive estrogen. Grade 3 breast hyperplasia is actually not a serious disease. As long as you treat the symptoms and do the points mentioned above, it can be cured. Female friends should pay attention to their own health and not just devote themselves to it blindly.
