The cause of small bumps on both sides of the vulva

Every woman needs to understand the function of the vulva, because the vulva is very important to women. It is the first barrier to block bacteria from entering the vagina. Therefore, protecting the vulva is to protect the health of women's reproductive system. If women want to pay more attention to their bodies in life, they must first understand reproductive health knowledge. Many women have small bumps on both sides of the vulva. What's going on?

1. Systemic diseases

The main ones are diabetes, anemia, skin diseases, liver and gallbladder diseases, kidney diseases, leukemia, polycythemia, lymphoma, etc. Not only is there itching all over the body, but it is often accompanied by itching of the vulva. According to statistics, 3.4% of 500 diabetic women have localized itching.

2. Idiopathic vulvar pruritus

There is no clear cause, it may be related to emotional disturbance or some minor stimulation.

3. Dietary factors

Lack of iron, vitamin A, vitamin E, riboflavin, fat, etc. in food further makes the vulvar skin dry, itchy and flaky.

Vulvar itching, which is usually more severe at night and has unclear etiology, usually only occurs in women of childbearing age or after menopause, and often affects the entire vulva, but may also be limited to a certain part or one side of the vulva, with local skin and mucous membranes appearing normal, or only scratches due to excessive scratching.

The vulva is indeed very important for women, and it is also a part of women's health that needs to be taken seriously. Women must strengthen the care of their bodies in life, especially the health of their genitals is very critical. Therefore, women should pay attention to the phenomenon of small bumps on both sides of the vulva and treat them in time.
