Human chorionic villus sex range

For women, isn't the happiest thing in life to have a supporter? This help can be at the physical level or at the spiritual level. Generally speaking, having a child is a very important thing for a woman. There are many indicators that need to be paid attention to during pregnancy. Among them, no one knows about human chorionic gonadotropin. So how much human chorionic gonadotropin is needed for pregnancy?

How much human chorionic gonadotropin is pregnancy

The square root of HCG levels in blood cells varies greatly at different stages of pregnancy and among different pregnant women. Generally, the blood HCG of non-pregnant women is <100mIU/mL. The blood HCG levels during pregnancy are as follows. In the first three months of pregnancy, HCG levels approximately double daily. For non-pregnant women, urine HCG levels are >5000 MIU/mL on 40 days of pregnancy and >104 mIU/mL on 60-70 days of pregnancy (8-32).

Generally, if the value exceeds the standard, then you are pregnant. However, many people are in different weeks of pregnancy, so the normal values shown will be different. So if you are pregnant and have done this blood test, don't rush to draw a conclusion. You can take the result to see a doctor and see whether it is normal based on your pregnancy weeks.

Human chorionic gonadotropin is a glycoprotein metabolized by the trophoblast cells of the embryo and is composed of α and β dimers of glycoprotein. Human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) αβ, produced by trophoblasts. The glycoprotein growth hormone with a relative molecular mass of 36700, the α subunit is basically similar to FSH (follicle-stimulating hormone), LH (luteinizing hormone) and TSH (thyroid-stimulating hormone) metabolized by the pituitary gland, so they can produce cross-reactions with each other, while the structures of the β subunits are different. β-HCG has a similar structure to β-LH, but some of the last 24 carbohydrates are not present in β-LH. Blood test for HCG is the fastest and most accurate way to check pregnancy. It can be tested one week after intercourse. Generally, the HCG value of ordinary people is lower than 3.1. If it exceeds 5, the possibility of pregnancy can be considered. If it exceeds 10, pregnancy can be basically confirmed.

What is the chorion?

The chorion is composed of germ cells and extraembryonic mesoderm. After the test tube embryo is embedded, the trophoblast cells proliferate rapidly and divide into somatic germ cells in the inner layer and transformed germ cells in the surface layer. The double-layer somatic cells produce many hairs on the surface of the blastocyst and break into the decidua. The center of this villus is somatic germ cells, and the surface is metamorphic germ cells. It is the earliest dry villus, and the villus at this time is primary villus.

The growth and development of the villi expands its surface with the uterine decidua, which is beneficial to the exchange of substances between the test tube embryo and the pregnant mother. During the second week or early third week of embryonic development, the mesoderm of the test tube embryo slowly extends into the villi and is renamed the secondary coil villi. Around the third week, the mesenchyme within the villi divides into connective tissue and capillaries, producing tertiary villi trunks. At this point, the germ cells and extraembryonic mesoderm have grown and developed into a healthy chorion. The hairy trunk thus sends out many branches, producing many small hairs.

At the same time, the trophoblast cells at the tail end of the villus trunk multiply and extend the tail end of the villus trunk to the decidua tissue, fixing the villus trunk on the decidua. The somatic trophoblast cells also extend along the decidua to produce the somatic germ cell shell (cytotrophoblastic shell). Make the chorion firmly connected to the uterine wall.
