(7) Engage in appropriate physical exercise to improve physical fitness.

(8) Increase nutrition and eat more foods that have the effect of replenishing qi and nourishing the kidneys, such as chicken, yam, lotus seeds, dates, etc.

(9) Exercise moderation in sexual intercourse.
