What is the best way to deal with vulvar itching?

The health of women's reproductive organs is particularly important, especially for some adult women, because due to various reasons in life, it is easy to cause damage to their reproductive organs. Especially the vulva, which may cause vulvar itching due to improper selection of underwear or using inappropriate washing liquids for cleaning. Once vulvar itching occurs, it may have a great impact on women's lives. So how should vulvar itching be treated?

If women experience vulvar itching, they must treat it thoroughly. If it is not treated thoroughly, the itching, redness, swelling and pain of the vulva will recur, which will cause trouble to women's daily work and life. The phenomenon of itching, redness, swelling and pain in the vulva is sometimes a manifestation of female vulvitis or some diseases. At this time, women may transmit the bacteria they carry to men, so it is recommended that couples receive treatment at the same time.

Precautions for female vulvar itching:

1. Be careful to avoid depression and tension, and appropriately use sedatives, safety drugs, and antihistamines to adjust emotions, reduce anxiety and tension, and relieve itching.

2. Keep the vulva clean and dry. Do not wash it with hot water or scrub it with soap. Change menstrual pads and clean the vulva frequently during menstruation. Underwear should be loose, breathable, and preferably made of pure cotton. Change your underwear every day.

3. Avoid scratching, alcohol and spicy food. Alcohol and spicy food can easily cause allergies and increase vulvar itching.

4. Pay attention to the hygiene of public places. After discovering vulva itching, pay special attention to the disinfection of the vulva, clothing, daily sanitary ware, and bedding. You can dilute it with sanitary detergent and then soak and wipe it. Avoid using public toilets or toilets and public bathtubs or bidets to prevent vulvar infections.

Of course, if you use unclean sanitary napkins or tampons hidden in the vagina during menstruation, the straps on them will also cause itching of the female vulva, so you must pay attention to menstrual hygiene. In particular, you should not grab it with your hands or wipe it vigorously with toilet paper, including washing with soap.
