What to do if you have abdominal pain in early pregnancy

After getting married, many young couples will choose to have a baby of their own first. Pregnancy is a happy thing. The early stages of pregnancy usually bring some pregnancy reactions. Some people with sensitive constitutions will react more violently, while some people will not have any reaction at all. Many expectant mothers will experience abdominal pain and are very worried about this condition. Let us now understand what to do if you have abdominal pain in early pregnancy?

1. Uterine enlargement stimulates bones

After you become pregnant, you will feel your belly getting bigger day by day, and then your skin will feel tight. If you love sports, you may feel a dull pulling pain in your abdomen after hiking or playing table tennis, which is similar to normal stomach pain. For some expectant mothers, the enlarged uterus constantly stimulates the lower edge of the ribs, which may cause dull rib pain or pain due to the relaxation and separation of the pubic symphysis, and even lead to limited movement. However, these conditions are normal physiological reactions after pregnancy and do not require special treatment. The pain can be relieved by sleeping in the left side position. Expectant mothers don’t need to worry, the symptoms can be relieved by resting in bed more.

2. Pathological causes such as ectopic pregnancy and uterine adnexal disease

In the early stages of pregnancy, abdominal pain is more obvious and unbearable. Pregnant mothers should have a blood HCG test to rule out ectopic pregnancy, and then further do a comprehensive physical examination to rule out other uterine adnexal diseases.

The above are some solutions to abdominal pain in early pregnancy. Expectant mothers do not need to worry too much about normal physiological pain. As long as they get enough rest, do some appropriate exercise, and eat more fruits and vegetables, they can effectively relieve the pain caused by early pregnancy. If it is pathological abdominal pain, they must be treated under the doctor's advice.
