Examination showed no signs of congestion or inflammation in the vaginal mucosa. Active treatment is required for bacterial vaginosis. The principle of treatment is to use anti-anaerobic drugs, mainly metronidazole, tinidazole, and clindamycin. Oral medication: Metronidazole is the first choice. Topical medication.
