How to treat menstrual disorders in women?

A special feature of women is that they are visited by "old friends" for a few days every month, which is what we often call menstruation. Women's menstruation has its own fixed time pattern every month. Everyone has a different attitude towards menstruation. Some go through it positively and optimistically, while others suffer like a year in agony. But what should we do when menstruation is irregular?

The normal menstrual cycle is 21 to 40 days. And when your usual cycle changes, it's time to consider what went wrong. However, the hormonal balance that maintains a regular menstrual cycle is very fragile.

But the factors that can disrupt this fragile balance are common: stress, diet, excessive exercise, etc. If it's irregular occasionally, I'll just let it be. It would be bad if it continued to be irregular like this.

Ovulation and menstruation are controlled by the human body's endocrine system. When the hypothalamus, pituitary gland and ovaries in a woman's body reach a balanced state, a regular menstrual cycle is formed. Once this balance is disrupted, menstruation will become disrupted.

Rapid weight loss or weight gain will cause the endocrine system to protest. When weight changes rapidly, the endocrine system has to adjust quickly to cope with the new weight. Menstrual disorders are inevitable. If you're following a very strict diet plan in an effort to lose weight, your body won't be getting adequate nutrition. Menstruation will naturally become irregular.

Excessive stress can cause menstrual disorders. If you've been particularly stressed out lately, this change in mood can also affect the way those chemical signals travel through your body. If something goes wrong during the delivery process, your menstrual cycle may be advanced, delayed, occur twice in a month, or even not occur at all.

After reading the above article, do you feel that you have a better understanding of menstrual irregularities? There are many reasons for menstrual irregularities, but as long as we start from ourselves, pay attention to our diet and lifestyle habits during menstruation, and do not lose our nutrition in order to lose weight, menstrual irregularities are not a big problem for us.
