Fallopian tube detection method

Fallopian tube detection method

When women undergo physical examinations, they must actively cooperate with each examination, otherwise they will not have a good grasp of their own physical condition. Many women do not cooperate during physical examinations, which is of no benefit to themselves. Fallopian tube testing is very common, but women do not understand what the methods of fallopian tube testing are. The following is a detailed introduction.

Fallopian tube detection method:

1. Hysterosalpingography: Hysterosalpingography has been used since the 1920s. It is a procedure in which iodine, a high-density substance with a high atomic number, is injected into the uterine cavity through the cervical canal. This creates an obvious artificial contrast with the surrounding tissues under X-rays, allowing the lumen to be visualized, thereby understanding the conditions inside the uterus and fallopian tubes.

2. Hydrotubation: Use methylene blue solution or normal saline to inject into the uterine cavity from the cervix. Then it flows into the fallopian tube from the uterine cavity. The resistance when the medicine is injected and the reflux of the liquid are used to determine whether the fallopian tube is unobstructed. Through a certain pressure of the liquid, the obstructed fallopian tube is restored to patency.

3. Ultrasound salpingography: Ultrasound salpingography (also known as B-ultrasound salpingography) is a procedure in which the anesthesiologist gives intravenous anesthesia before the operation, and then injects medicine into the uterine angiography tube under B-ultrasound monitoring. The medicine can be dynamically observed flowing out of the uterus and fallopian tubes, and the patency of the fallopian tubes can be understood under ultrasound, that is, to see whether the fallopian tubes are blocked, or not smooth, or if there is water in the fallopian tubes, etc.

After understanding the fallopian tube testing method, when conducting fallopian tube testing, you must pay attention to conducting it according to the above method. Moreover, during the testing process, women can also consult if they do not understand something, so that they know what to do after the test. Women cannot choose fallopian tube testing at will, but must conduct it according to their own needs.
