However, during this period of menstruation, many women are physically weak, so they often use the excuse of replenishing their physical strength, and comfort themselves that they can eat whatever they want during this period without worrying about getting fat, and automatically become a "chocolate ban period." Actually, it is not true. Eating high-calorie foods will make you fat. There is no so-called lifting period.

Although you are weak, you should not overeat. You can eat more iron-containing foods and plant protein that can improve iron absorption. Tobacco, alcohol and spicy and hot foods such as chili peppers, onions, garlic, pepper, ginger, cinnamon and barbecued and fried foods should be avoided.

Friends who like to have their menstrual period should really pay attention. It doesn’t mean that you won’t gain weight if you eat high-calorie foods during your menstrual period. There is no such thing as the so-called lifting period that you are talking about, because the food you eat has calories. Any food has calories. Since it produces calories, how can you not gain weight? Stop making excuses for yourself and exercise seriously.
