What to do if the breasts become smaller after weaning

What every mother is most worried about after giving birth is body deformation, especially breast shrinkage. For women, breasts represent confidence and beauty. So what should we do if breasts shrink after weaning? We recommend some methods.

1. Do push-ups: Do push-ups and chest expansion exercises regularly to develop strong chest muscles, which can not only shape a healthy body, but also enhance the supporting function of the breasts.

2. Prevention during pregnancy: To avoid sagging breasts after childbirth, prevention should start from pregnancy. During pregnancy, you should choose a suitable bra as your breasts grow larger. Otherwise, the breasts will sag because the fibrous connective tissue cannot withstand the rapid growth of glandular tissue.

4. Weaning precautions: To avoid breast shrinkage, weaning precautions must be taken. Generally, taking medicine or injections are not used as they can easily cause rapid breast contraction, leading to breast atrophy, collapse, loose skin, and loss of elasticity. Some foods that inhibit milk secretion, such as leeks, malt water, ginseng, etc., can be used to achieve the effect of weaning. Or you can achieve the weaning effect by gradually reducing the frequency and amount of breastfeeding.

4. Breast massage: There are two ways to massage: one is to put the index finger, middle finger and ring finger of one hand together and place them on the opposite breast before going to bed every night or getting up in the morning. With the nipple as the center, draw circles from the outer edge of the breast to the inside. Do it 10 times on each breast. The purpose of massage is mainly to promote local blood circulation in the breast, increase the nutritional supply to the breast, and at the same time promote the secretion of estrogen.

In addition to the above methods, you can also use the shower head to rinse your breasts in a circular motion while taking a shower. The water temperature should not be too hot, as this can make your breasts more elastic. In fact, breastfeeding will not make the breasts smaller, but you should pay attention to breast health during the lactation period, do more massages, and exercise your chest muscles to improve food supplements and conditioning. Eating more papaya stewed with milk can help enlarge your breasts. In addition, eat more foods rich in collagen, such as pig's trotters, peanut chicken feet soup, pig skin soup, dairy products, isinglass, etc.
