4. Under the guidance of a doctor, you can apply some topical medications, such as Fuqingsong, triamcinolone, dexamethasone, etc.

5. Keep the scar clean at all times, wipe off sweat in time, and do not wash with hot water.

6. After the stitches are removed, avoid strenuous exercise, excessive extension or lateral flexion of the body.

7. Improve your diet appropriately and eat more fruits, eggs, lean meat, pork skin and other foods rich in vitamin C, vitamin E, and amino acids. Avoid eating spicy foods such as peppers, onions, and garlic.

The recovery time of each person's skin is different. Normally, you must not touch the wound with your hands, because this will affect the recovery of the wound. Also, do not let the wound get wet, as this may cause infection. Also, you should eat more nutritious food. The most important thing is to relax your mentality, because if your mentality is good, everything will become very good, and the wound will recover better.
