How to prevent breast sagging after weaning your child

When we raise a baby, while giving them our love selflessly, we are also making various preparations to restore our bodies. Because current infant formula is not very safe, most people choose to feed their babies with breast milk. But here comes the problem. In many cases, when we wean, our breasts will sag, which will affect our figure and even our mood.

1. Breast massage: You can massage your breasts before going to bed or before getting up every night. Put the index finger, middle finger and ring finger of one hand together and place them on the opposite breast. With the nipple as the center, make circles clockwise from the outer edge of the breast to the inside. Do this 10 times for each breast. This method can promote local blood circulation, increase the nutritional supply to the breast, and facilitate the secretion of estrogen.

2. Sticking to breast exercises is the best way to restore breast elasticity. Be sure to persist and you will see unexpected results.

3. Choosing a bra: The shaping effect of a bra on the breasts cannot be ignored. There is a kind of body shaping bra, which can modify the breast curve, make the breast stand up and prevent the breasts from sagging.

4. Bathing the breasts: When bathing, use a shower head to spray the breasts with alternating hot and cold sprays, which can help increase chest skin tension and promote blood circulation in the breasts.

Generally, all mothers will encounter this problem after weaning. Therefore, there is no need to worry too much. It will recover on its own after one or two years. Do more chest expansion exercises, some women's aerobic exercises, and massage your breasts yourself. I don't recommend taking breast enhancement drugs because they contain hormones and have serious side effects.

Breasts are the most sensitive and particularly important organs for us women. To prevent sagging breasts after weaning, we can only keep a normal mentality, take care of our own mental health, and not be arrogant or impatient. Through massage or some aerobic exercises, we can slowly build up our self-confidence. If there are trustworthy medical measures, we can also adopt them, provided that they do not harm our health. This is how we can function as complete and confident women.
