The tumor should be removed in one piece along with its capsule, preferably with a small amount of normal breast tissue surrounding it.

Breast fibroadenosis is caused by ovarian dysfunction. The patient may have breasts of different sizes on both sides. During breast examination, a lump can be felt, which is soft and easy to move. Patients may experience breast swelling and pain before menstruation, which is unbearable and sometimes accompanied by nipple discharge, which may be serous, yellow, and sometimes a small amount of bloody discharge.
