Fresh bacteria, with white fluff on the surface. Cleaning and decomposing dry bacteria requires patience and carefulness. Common cooking method in the origin: stir-fry with green peppers until fragrant. When ripe, it can be mixed into cold dishes to enhance the flavor. It can also be used as an ingredient for fried rice and baked pastries.

This mushroom has a strong aroma, is tender and sweet, has tough and dry meat, a long and mellow aftertaste, and an endless chewing taste. It contains protein, fat, carbohydrates, vitamins, calcium, phosphorus, potassium, iron and other trace elements, and a variety of amino acids that cannot be synthesized in the human body, thiamine, small molecule peptides and other nutrients, and has a rich aroma similar to that of pickled beef jerky. Pickled beef jerky is commonly called Ganba, so this fungus is named Ganba fungus.
