(1) Hymen occlusion and vaginal occlusion: The main symptoms are periodic lower abdominal pain after puberty without menstruation. Long-term retention of menstrual blood in the reproductive tract may even cause blood accumulation in the fallopian tubes, affecting fertility. Hymen obliterans can be treated with cross incision or resection.

(2) Congenital absence of vagina: often accompanied by severe uterine hypoplasia or absence of uterus. Such patients have no hope of having children and can undergo vaginoplasty.

(3) Vaginal septum: It may present as double vagina, complete septum or incomplete septum. If it affects sexual intercourse and fertility, mediastinectomy can be performed.

(4) Hermaphroditism: Artificial vaginoplasty can be performed to remove the enlarged clitoris, but the hope of pregnancy is generally slim.

(5) Vulvar and vaginal inflammation: The main complaint is abnormal vaginal discharge, which is often related to ovarian function and inflammation. For nonspecific vaginitis, use antibacterial vaginal suppositories. Trichomonas vaginitis can be treated with topical or oral metronidazole. Each course of treatment is more than 10 days, and the male must be treated at the same time.

(6) Vaginismus: Vaginismus without organic causes is true vaginismus, which can be treated with sedatives and psychotherapy.
