Soak in the bath for 3 minutes each time, rest for 5 minutes and then bathe again, repeat this three times. You can consume a lot of energy without realizing it, which is equivalent to jogging for one kilometer. At the same time, taking a bath can promote the renewal of old cuticles and keep the skin smooth and delicate.

4. Get a massage anytime and anywhere: Whether the lymph and blood circulation in the body are smooth will affect the body's excretion rate of waste, toxins and other substances.

Detoxification is also very important for women's endocrine system. If too many toxins accumulate in the body, it will also affect the endocrine system. Therefore, if you want to regulate endocrine disorders, try to eat less fast food. Doing aerobic exercise for half an hour at least three times a week is very beneficial for eliminating toxins from the body.
