About 50% of patients have systemic symptoms: breast pain, anal prolapse, chest tightness, shortness of breath, irritability, sadness and anger, panic and insomnia, headache and dizziness, nausea and retching, stomach pain and diarrhea, fatigue, pale complexion, cold limbs, sweating, physical exhaustion and fainting, etc.

Third, menstrual pain

Most of them start at the beginning of menstruation or a few hours before vaginal bleeding, with regular occurrence of lower abdominal distension, cold pain, burning pain, stabbing pain, dull pain, heaviness, severe pain, cramp pain, and tearing pain. The pain extends to the sacrum and back, and even involves the thigh root and feet, lasting 1/2 to 2 hours.
