At present, the Chinese people's dining table is accelerating from eating enough and eating well to eating healthily. In view of the problem that the intake of milk and beans by Chinese residents is low and the intake of oil is far higher than the recommended amount, the National Nutrition Week advocates "three reductions, one addition and one increase, eat more food, and exercise more consistently" to reduce the occurrence and development of obesity and chronic diseases. Reduce the amount of oil, choose more healthy cooking methods such as steaming, boiling, stewing, and stir-frying, and consume less fried foods and foods containing trans fatty acids; reduce salt, use a small salt spoon and replace salt with other seasonings; reduce sugar, reduce the consumption of sugary snacks such as cakes and ice cream, and do not drink or drink less sugary drinks; add beans, soybeans are high in protein and low in cholesterol, rich in unsaturated fatty acids, dietary fiber, soy isoflavones, B vitamins and other nutrients that are essential to health. About 300 grams of soy milk, about 60 grams of northern tofu, about 110 grams of southern tofu, and about 45 grams of dried tofu can meet the daily intake of 20 grams of soybeans; add milk, liquid milk, yogurt, milk powder, cheese, etc. are all sources of high-quality protein and calcium; eat at least 12 kinds of food every day, and 25 kinds of food per week; insist on more than 150 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise per week. |
