Xie Wenying said that autumn belongs to the metal element, and its air is dry, which is connected to the lungs. When dryness is in season, it is most likely to damage the lungs. In addition, the residual heat of summer has not been cleared, and the body loses water quickly, which is easy to cause body fluid deficiency and dryness. Therefore, throughout the autumn, you should pay attention to moisturizing autumn dryness and relieving autumn fatigue. At this time, brewing a cup of herbal tea can regulate the body temperature center, open the pores, and help the heat dissipate without damaging the spleen and stomach.

"It is most appropriate to drink mulberry leaf and chrysanthemum tea at this time." Xie Wenying told reporters that you can take 5 grams of mulberry leaves and chrysanthemums every day, boil them with boiling water, wait for 3 to 5 minutes and then drink it. This kind of tea has both the fragrance of chrysanthemums and the freshness of mulberry leaves.

Mulberry leaf and chrysanthemum are both bitter and sweet, slightly cold in nature, and belong to the lung and liver meridians.
