Nowadays, young people generally have "hair anxiety". They are either already "bald" or on the way to "becoming bald". Is there any cure for hair loss?

In fact, hair loss and hair loss are two different things. Most people are just experiencing hair loss, not hair loss. So how do you tell? You can do this experiment.

Pulling experiment:

Don’t wash your hair for 5 days (be patient), use your thumb and index finger to gently pull up a bunch of 50 to 60 hairs, and count the number of hairs pulled out (be gentle, don’t use too much force! Those pulled out by force don’t count~). If the number is more than 6, it is positive, indicating active hair loss, which means you are starting to lose your hair, so pay attention! [1]

If there are only two or three strands of hair loss, it is normal and there is no need to worry. If you feel that you are losing a lot, adjust your diet, eat a variety of foods, eat three meals on time, have a balanced diet, and don't stay up late. If there are more than 6 strands, it is recommended that you go to the hospital first!
