Ensure the intake of high-quality protein. Almost all immune functions are inseparable from protein. After heavy sweating and persistent diarrhea, you should pay attention to the body's electrolyte balance. However, once the virus mutates, its immune escape ability will increase, which will increase the possibility of secondary infection. Therefore, "Yangkang" people still need to pay attention to daily protection. Of course, "Yangkang" is not omnipotent. You should wear a mask and wash your hands frequently on a daily basis, maintain a safe social distance in public places, open windows for ventilation in the room, and develop good living and eating habits. In addition, it is not recommended to engage in strenuous exercise or high-intensity exercise after "Yangkang". The body has not fully recovered so quickly after "Yangkang", and you need to rest more and resume exercise step by step. You can do some relaxing and soothing exercises first to let the body slowly adapt.

We need to face the novel coronavirus calmly, but "when the enemy comes, we will stop him with soldiers and when the water comes, we will block him with earth."
