Experian: Data shows that Singapore users spend the most time on Facebook each time they visit

According to a report by British analysis company Experian, Singapore users spend the most time on Facebook each time they visit, while Brazilian users spend relatively less time. The report surveyed 8 different countries, and the average time spent by Facebook users per visit in each country is as follows:

*Singapore: 38 minutes 46 seconds

* New Zealand: 30 minutes 31 seconds

*Australia: 26 minutes 27 seconds

* United Kingdom: 25 minutes 33 seconds

*France: 21 minutes 53 seconds

* United States: 20 minutes 46 seconds

*India: 20 minutes 21 seconds

*Brazil: 18 minutes 19 seconds

But if we look at the proportion of users accessing Facebook online, Brazilian users have the highest proportion, while British users have a relatively low proportion:

* Brazil: 18.9%

*Singapore: 16.4%

* United States: 15.4%

*France: 15.1%

*India: 14%

* New Zealand: 13.9%

*Australia: 13.1%

* United Kingdom: 12.2%

Other Experian findings on Facebook include:

* Orkut remains the largest social network in Brazil with a market share of 43%, while Facebook has gained 16% share from August last year to August this year;

* From August last year to August this year, India saw the most significant growth in Facebook users, with Facebook's local market share increasing by 88%;

*Facebook's market share in the United States increased by 5% during the same period.
