2. Colon cancer: The stool usually contains pus or mucus, and the blood is dark red, accompanied by abdominal pain, changes in bowel habits, and chronic progressive weight loss.

3. Ulcerative colitis: long history of disease, recurrent episodes of mucus or bloody stools, accompanied by left lower abdominal pain or lower abdominal pain.

4. Intestinal infectious diseases: such as bacterial dysentery, amoebic dysentery, etc.

Black stool is also called tarry stool, which is black or brownish black. It is one of the most common symptoms of upper gastrointestinal bleeding, such as gastric ulcer and duodenal bulb ulcer.
