Another close contact had shopped at Raffles City (Dongzhimen store) from 13:20 to 14:20 on November 8, and at 7-11 convenience store (Dongzhimen store) from 13:00 to 13:30 on the afternoon of November 9.
Our center has immediately conducted epidemiological investigations at the above-mentioned locations, sampled and disinfected the environment, suspended opening to the public, conducted nucleic acid tests on the personnel involved, and classified management according to the epidemiological investigation results. Raffles City Beijing temporarily suspends operations

It is reported that on the evening of November 10, Beijing Raffles cooperated with the Municipal Center for Disease Control and Prevention to conduct epidemic prevention and control. All entrances and exits were controlled, and customers and employees were only allowed to enter but not leave. They were only allowed to leave after cooperating with the Center for Disease Control and Prevention's testing at the west gate of the mall.

On November 11, at the 258th press conference on the prevention and control of the new coronavirus pneumonia in Beijing, Liu Shengyao, deputy director of the Integrated Management Department of China National Petroleum Corporation, introduced that at 9 am on November 10, the company received a report that an employee of the Jilin Branch of Kunlun Engineering Company tested positive for nucleic acid on the 9th. The case had close contact with three people on the 7th to 8th floors of Building B of CNPC, and the three were immediately transferred to isolation.

The company activated the building's emergency plan, screened key personnel, and conducted environmental sampling at 129 locations at 11 a.m., carried out environmental disinfection after sampling at 11:30 a.m., and conducted nucleic acid testing on all employees in the Petroleum Building at 2 p.m. At 6:45 p.m., the company received a notification that one of the three close contacts tested positive for nucleic acid. The company immediately sealed off the office area of ​​the building, and also sealed off office spaces such as the lubricant company.

As of now, including one confirmed case reported in Jilin, a total of four employees of China National Petroleum Corporation have tested positive for nucleic acid, including four family members living with one employee who have been infected.

Liu Shengyao said that the confirmed case reported by Jilin on November 10 arrived in Beijing on October 20 and attended the QHSE audit meeting of the Refining and Chemical Branch from November 2 to 5. After investigation, a total of 111 people attended the three meetings with him.

The case underwent two nucleic acid tests on October 26 and November 6 while in Beijing, and both test results were negative.

Liu Shengyao introduced that the company conducted an investigation on the related persons who had dinner with the confirmed cases, confirmed that the related persons themselves and their family members living together were under home observation, and reported to the community and cooperated with the local epidemic prevention and control.

At present, the domestic epidemic is spreading in multiple places, and the epidemic prevention and control situation in the whole city is severe and complicated. We follow the requirements of "fast, strict and accurate", focus on key high-risk groups, conduct strict inspections, precise prevention and control, and block the spread of the epidemic as soon as possible.

Temperature detection should be carried out at the entrance of the venue, and disposable masks and disinfectants should be provided. The venue should open windows for ventilation to maintain air circulation, strictly control the duration of the meeting, avoid long-term gatherings, and participants should adhere to closed-loop management in principle, and should not go out to participate in dinners, gatherings and other activities, and try to avoid taking public transportation. During the "Double Eleven" event, key links such as e-commerce, logistics, and cold chain should be tested and disinfected, and practitioners should take personal protection, health monitoring and other prevention and control measures.
