★When using the air conditioning system in crowded places, it is recommended to open windows, doors or ventilation devices such as fans, or ventilate for about 20-30 minutes every 2-3 hours of air conditioning operation.
★For places with large flow of people, such as shopping malls, office buildings, and underground garages, ventilation should be strengthened. It is recommended that the fresh air and exhaust systems of the air-conditioning system should continue to operate for a period of time after the business closes each day.

2. When a case is found, stop using the air conditioner immediately

When confirmed or suspected cases of COVID-19 are found in a venue, the following measures should be taken:

★Immediately shut down the central air conditioning and ventilation systems corresponding to the activity areas of confirmed cases and suspected cases.

★Under the guidance of the local disease control department, the centralized air-conditioning and ventilation systems in the above-mentioned areas shall be immediately disinfected and cleaned, and may only be reopened after passing hygienic inspection and evaluation.

★The cleaning and disinfection of central air-conditioning and ventilation systems should comply with the requirements of "Specifications for Cleaning and Disinfection of Central Air-conditioning and Ventilation Systems in Public Places" (WS 396-2012).

3. Disinfection of office spaces has its priorities

★Elevator buttons, door handles, manual faucets, and public telephones are the key areas that need to be disinfected.
★ Floors and countertops can be cleaned and disinfected more frequently if conditions permit. Disinfect regularly every day and keep records of cleaning and disinfection.
★ Ensure that the hand washing facilities in the office are operating normally, equipped with quick-drying hand disinfectants, and equipped with induction hand disinfection facilities if conditions permit. Staff members should perform hand hygiene at any time. When washing hands or using quick-drying hand disinfectants, wash hands with hand soap under running water when there are visible contaminants.
★ Strengthen the classification management of garbage, collect and transport it in time. Strengthen the cleaning of garbage bins and other garbage containers, and disinfect them regularly.
