Ingredients

500g pork liver

Methods/Steps

Chop 3g of green onion and ginger into fine pieces respectively, then clean the pork liver and cut it into long strips about 5cm thick.

Add chopped green onion and ginger to the pork liver, then add 2g of pepper, 15g of cooking wine, 5g of sugar, 10g of soy sauce, and an appropriate amount of salt. Stir evenly with chopsticks and marinate for about an hour.

During the marinating process, take a piece of fat meat, cut it into 1.5cm thick strips, add appropriate amount of table salt and the chopped green onion and ginger just now, stir evenly, and marinate for a while.

After the pork liver and meat strips are marinated, use the tip of the knife to make a hole in the pork liver, put the fat meat strips in, and then seal the hole with a tool.

Place the processed pork liver in a baking tray, pour the marinated pork liver juice on it, and bake in the oven.

The oven temperature should be set between 150℃ and 200℃. After baking, take out and let cool, then brush a layer of sesame oil on the surface to prevent it from drying out.
