How to make delicious saury

1. Thaw the saury.

2. Wash the saury, remove the head and internal organs, and cut into pieces about 10 cm long with kitchen scissors.

3. Cut the green onion into sections and the ginger into slices.

4. Add cooking wine and sugar to the saury, mix well. Add five-spice powder, light soy sauce, salt, MSG, green onion and ginger and mix well.
