Pregnant women are reluctant to exercise in the middle and late stages of pregnancy, as this will actually cause various discomforts to the body. I can't do difficult exercises on a regular basis, but basic walking is still necessary.

2. Massage the waist: Many pregnant women experience back pain, the key reason is the posture of the fetus. If you want to relieve waist discomfort, you can massage your waist every day, but don't do acupuncture or physiotherapy on your waist or apply plasters.

3. Control weight: Women’s appetite is very good after pregnancy, and such a diet will lead to malnutrition problems, and weight will naturally increase. The problem of obesity will also bring unnecessary pressure to the waist, so pregnant mothers must pay attention to their daily diet.
