Pregnant women have labor pains every ten minutes

Many women have to experience pain before giving birth. Sometimes pain is actually good. Although it is very painful, the frequency of pain can tell when a woman will give birth, which allows her to go to the hospital immediately. So we need to know, how long will it take for a woman to give birth if the pain occurs every ten minutes? When the contraction of the pregnant woman's uterus gradually becomes regular, the intensity gradually increases, and the uterus contracts once every ten minutes, the pregnant woman will feel abdominal cramps, but the pain is not very obvious, and each pain does not increase rapidly.

Pregnant women can wait at home, walk slowly, and observe the contraction of the uterus. When the uterine contraction becomes very frequent, about once every 5-6 minutes, or the pain gradually increases with each contraction, pregnant women should go to the hospital for delivery immediately.

If you have a contraction every 10 minutes, it means you have reached the delivery period and entered the first stage of labor. This situation changes over time, with the pain lasting longer and the intervals getting shorter. For some women, the time of delivery may be several hours for their first child, but if it is their second child, they can deliver the baby quickly. At this time, you need to go to the hospital immediately to give birth to ensure the safety of maternal and child products.

Primiparity refers to a pregnant woman who has no experience of childbirth. Generally, without the experience of childbirth, the adaptation and adjustment to the childbirth response will be relatively poor. Therefore, when the labor process starts, there will be a significant delay until the time when the pregnant woman is declared to have given birth. When the first birth is about to start, warnings are usually given in the form of frequent uterine contractions, spotting, or rupture of amniotic fluid. However, since the birth canal of the first birth has not experienced the softening and dilation, the time from the start of labor to the actual delivery of the pregnant woman will be longer, generally taking 8 to 24 hours. When the uterus contracts once every ten minutes at the beginning of the first delivery, it means that the cervix and other birth canals have begun to soften and effectively dilate. Generally speaking, if warnings are given at this frequency, the pregnant woman will actually enter the delivery stage within 2 hours. Therefore, first-time mothers should eat properly and replenish their energy at this time to ensure that they have enough strength to do relevant coordination and adjustment during delivery.

What are the preparations for childbirth?

Prepare sandals and towels in advance. You can wear sandals at home, but the key is to focus on comfort. As long as they fit you well, it's fine. It's best to have non-slip sandals to prevent pregnant women from slipping accidentally. If the temperature is cold, you should also prepare a pair of furry shoes in advance to keep warm. People often say that cold feet are prone to catching a cold. What you need to pay attention to when it comes to cotton towels is that they are clean and white. You should also prepare two of them. You cannot use the one for cleaning your face and the one for wiping your body at the same time. This is unhygienic and easy to cause disease infection.

Saliva apron: prevent baby from spilling milk, leaving saliva, etc. and staining clothes. Special tools for baby feeding: Glass milk bottle: They are indispensable. Even if you are exclusively breastfeeding, you need a glass milk bottle. When breast milk is not enough, you need to add baby milk powder. Babies need glass milk bottles to drink water. Baby formula: can be used when breast milk is not enough. Glass bottle brush: After using the glass bottle, you don’t have to just wash it with boiling water. Be sure to use a glass bottle brush to clean it. Milk warmer: ensures that the baby can drink milk at the right temperature at all times.
