If there is a sudden tearing or paroxysmal pain on one side of the lower abdomen, it is a clinical symptom of tubal pregnancy destruction, often accompanied by nausea and retching, lower abdominal pain, a feeling of defecation, sometimes severe pain, and drenching sweats.

In addition, vaginal bleeding will continue to occur, which is bleeding. It is usually in the form of spotting, dark red in color, with a small amount, not exceeding the menstrual volume. Sometimes, examination will reveal that both fallopian tubes are normal and swollen.

3. Vaginal bleeding: Women with ectopic pregnancy may experience a small amount of vaginal bleeding. In addition, threatened abortion should be prevented.

4. Syncope and shock: Many patients may suffer from reduced blood flow or severe abdominal pain due to subacute bleeding in the abdomen. In mild cases, they may experience syncope, and in severe cases, they may suffer from shock, which is seriously life-threatening.

5. Other symptoms: There may be nausea, vomiting, frequent urination and urgency to urinate. The symptoms of ectopic pregnancy are often not typical. Some people go into shock due to internal bleeding, become pale, and have low blood pressure.
