HPV vaccine has been very popular in recent years. After all, it makes people feel that cervical cancer can be prevented. It is difficult to find a vaccine in the Chinese vaccine market. Only wealthy people with certain conditions will go to Hong Kong or study abroad to get the HPV vaccine. So are all people suitable for the HPV vaccine? Will vaccination provide lifelong immunity? Now I will give you a brief introduction: First of all, the HPV vaccine injection must meet the vaccination standards, otherwise even if the vaccine is given, it will have no practical effect and there will be additional side effects. There are currently three types of HPV vaccines in China. The age requirements for the bivalent vaccine are 9-25 years old, the quadrivalent vaccine is 20-45 years old, and the nine-valent vaccine is over 9 years old. The key is to have no sexual intercourse before vaccination for the best effect. In addition, cervical screening needs to be done before vaccination, and HPV and TCT tests must be normal, otherwise the vaccination effect will not be very good. HPV vaccine can be given during menstruation. HPV vaccination is not recommended for people who have had HPV, are currently infected with the HPV virus, or have already suffered from cervical cancer, warts, vulvar cancer and other diseases. Secondly, who should not be vaccinated? 1. For female friends who are preparing to get pregnant in the near future, it is not recommended to get the HPV vaccine, because the HPV vaccine also has side effects, which may affect pregnancy and even the health of the baby. 2. Pregnant women do not need to be vaccinated with this type of vaccine. After all, try to avoid taking medicine during pregnancy, and it is not recommended to take medicine unless necessary. 3. People with allergic constitutions, such as women who are allergic to yeast, eggs, and milk, may have allergic reactions if they receive such vaccines, which will make their physical fitness worse, their immunity lowered, and they will be more susceptible to viral infections. 4. During breastfeeding. 5. We do not recommend vaccination for patients currently suffering from cervical cancer, vaginal cancer or cervical precancerous lesions, because the negative impact cannot be assessed, it may cause aggravation of the disease and affect physical recovery. 6. Having fever, infection or other serious symptoms that affect physical and mental health. Ultimately, vaccination can prevent cervical cancer, but it is not 100% guaranteed. Women who are married or have sex still need to undergo regular cervical screening to prevent cervical cancer. If the cervical screening is normal, you can check it every three years. |
