2. Women need food supplements during the confinement period, but they cannot be taken randomly or indiscriminately. Don't blindly supplement with high-calorie foods. 3. Women do not have to lie still all the time during the confinement period. If the body allows, they should do some exercises that are suitable for them, which can effectively prevent fat accumulation.

As long as women follow the above principles during the confinement period, they can control their weight, avoid gaining weight again, and may also lose weight.
