What is wrong with a woman's deep pulse?

Pulse diagnosis is a way for traditional Chinese medicine to diagnose diseases. So what is the reason for a deep and thin pulse? Let’s follow the editor to learn about it today. There are many types of pulse diagnosis in traditional Chinese medicine, and a deep and fine pulse is one of them. So what diseases does a deep and fine pulse mean for the human body?

According to Chinese medicine, sinking pulse is usually caused by blockage of blood vessels or organs. It is the opposite symptom of floating pulse. This kind of pulse cannot be felt when pressing lightly, but can only be felt when pressing hard. This is the manifestation of blood obstruction.

A thin pulse is usually caused by a weak body or anemic condition, resulting in insufficient Qi and blood, which results in the pulse not being so strong.

To sum up, a deep and thin pulse is caused by deficiency of Qi and blood. So how should a deep and thin pulse be adjusted?

How to treat a weak pulse

According to the theory of diagnosis and treatment, if the heart qi is weak, one will feel anxious and chest tightness; if the spleen fails to function properly, one will feel tired and exhausted or have difficulty digesting food; if the spleen cannot stimulate the blood, it will produce dampness and phlegm, which will penetrate into the meridians, causing stagnation in the heart and brain, and difficulty in moistening the intestines, resulting in chest pain or left chest pain. Petechiae on the tongue are signs of blood stasis. A deep and slow pulse indicates spleen deficiency, while a thin and deep pulse indicates deficiency of both qi and blood.

Treatment method: Strengthen the spleen and stomach, nourish the spirit, resolve blood stasis and dredge the meridians.

The prescription uses Guipi Decoction interactively, and the medicinal value of Codonopsis pilosula, baicalinium, Ziziphus jujuba seed, Scutellaria baicalensis, Coix seed, Chuanxiong, Notopterygium wilfordii, rose, Salvia miltiorrhiza, Polygala tenuifolia, Nardostachysirhizoma, and Licorice. Codonopsis pilosula, baicalinium, Scutellaria baicalensis, Coix seed can invigorate the spleen and replenish Qi, Chuanxiong, Ziziphus jujuba seed, Polygala tenuifolia can nourish the heart and soothe the mind, Nardostachysirhizoma can promote the flow of qi and eliminate stagnation, while Chuanxiong, Notopterygium wilfordii, rose, and Salvia miltiorrhiza can dissipate blood stasis and dredge the meridians. Therefore, the lungs and stomach are both tonified, blood and Qi flow smoothly, and chest and heart pain can be cured.

In addition to deep and thin pulse, weak pulse is also a common type. At this time, we need to regulate the body well in order to better protect the body.
