Prepare 50 grams of Chuanxiong, 15 grams of honeysuckle tea, ten dates, a handful of black beans, 2 taels of old brown sugar, and three to five eggs in advance. Wrap the Chuanxiong and honeysuckle tea with gauze (some people say that honeysuckle tea is not suitable, you can leave it out and keep the others) and put them in the pot with the other ingredients like cooking medicine, until the sauce is enough for a bowl. Then I drank the soup and ate the dates, black beans and eggs. Take it on the first day of menstruation, and about half a day after bleeding.
