What causes uterine pain in girls?

2. Uterine pain caused by inflammation

Chronic cases usually present with dull pain, back pain or a feeling of heaviness; subacute cases usually present with abdominal pain that refuses to be pressed, accompanied by fever.

3. Uterine pain caused by menstruation

Lower abdominal distension and pain and general discomfort that women experience during their menstrual period are mostly physiological phenomena. If the pain is severe, it is menstrual cramps. Most uterine pain during puberty is primary dysmenorrhea, which is curable; while dysmenorrhea that occurs after menstruation is often caused by certain diseases, and should be treated early. Painkillers should not be used to treat the problem.

4. Uterine pain caused by uterine cancer

The cancer compresses the nerves in the pelvis, causing pain in the lower abdomen, when bending over, or in the groin.

Lower abdominal pain may be caused by a cold abdomen or the possibility of an upcoming period. It is recommended not to eat cold food, keep the abdomen warm, and apply heat to the abdomen. If it does not feel well, it is recommended to go to the hospital for an ultrasound to understand the situation.
