Because skin allergies are closely related to genetic inheritance, "prevention must start from pregnancy"; if a woman develops skin allergies during pregnancy, the fetus's immune system will recognize the allergen and remember it. If the baby encounters the same allergen after birth, it will immediately develop allergic symptoms.

Healthy lifestyle: pregnant women should not overwork or stay up late often, and should get enough quality sleep as much as possible; small pets such as cats, dogs, birds, rabbits, mice, etc. should be avoided at home. Avoid smoking, secondhand smoke, polluted air, and excessive use of cleaning fluids.

Adjust the diet effectively Pregnant women with allergic constitution must adjust their diet from the fourth month of pregnancy, try to avoid the intake of foods that are easy to cause skin allergies, eat more fresh, protein-rich foods, such as fish, milk, eggs, soybeans, meat and cereals; they should avoid the intake of pears, melons, tomatoes, coconut shoes, melons, oranges, cantaloupe, cabbage, radishes, cold food, cold water, tobacco, various alcoholic beverages, chocolate, walnuts, dried shrimps and processed products.

In general, pregnant women should avoid skin irritation, reduce contact with allergens, arrange their work and rest time properly, and adjust their diet, so as to reduce the probability of skin allergies in pregnant women.
