Causes of insomnia during late pregnancy

Generally, their mentality during this period is not stable, and they will often suffer from symptoms such as depression and insomnia.

2. Changes in dietary structure: Some pregnant women have a big change in taste during pregnancy. This change in dietary structure will also affect the quality of sleep during pregnancy.

3. Frequent urination and urgency affect sleep quality. According to statistical analysis, half of women may have problems with frequent urination and urgency in the early stages of pregnancy. In the middle and late stages of pregnancy, nearly 80% of pregnant women are troubled by frequent urination and urgency, and they wake up to go to the bathroom not only in broad daylight but also at night.
