Why do girls have dysmenorrhea?

Menstrual pain is a common problem for many women and is often not taken seriously by everyone. However, if the pain persists or the condition is severe, you should see a doctor for examination, find out the cause, and seek treatment in time to avoid other symptoms. But why do women have menstrual pain? Let's have a brief and clear understanding of this issue. I hope the following points will be helpful to everyone!

Menstrual pain is generally divided into two types: primary menstrual pain and secondary menstrual pain. The causes of primary dysmenorrhea are generally uterine contractions and partial ischemia causing neuropathic pain, or due to incomplete uterine development and narrow cervical opening.

The uterus is in a skewed position and is caused by endocrine imbalance. The causes of secondary dysmenorrhea are generally due to stress, anxiety, unhealthy lifestyle, organic diseases (common pelvic inflammatory disease, endometriosis, uterine fibroids), etc.

There are more reasons for natural menstrual pain, such as

1. Catching a cold due to cold weather or too little clothing can cause blood stagnation, which can prevent menstruation from flowing smoothly and aggravate menstrual pain.

2. Excessive bleeding during menstruation causes the outflow of blood potassium, which leads to spasm and contraction of the endometrial muscles and causes pain.

3. Too much physical work will aggravate bleeding and menstrual pain.

As women, we have to admit that we bear too much pain. There are always a few days of depression every month. Some people will have abdominal pain during the menstrual period, which is what we usually call menstrual pain. Menstrual pain is undoubtedly an unexpected thing for women.

What should we pay attention to when having menstrual pain?

1. During the menstrual period, you must pay more attention to hygiene and eat less cold and irritating foods.

2. Regular physical exercise should be increased, especially for those with weak constitution, and attention should be paid to improving nutritional status.

3. Don’t be nervous or anxious during menstruation, just maintain a stable mentality.

Menstrual pain is a common problem among women and a very common gynecological disease. Women must take measures to protect themselves.
