Moreover, the production and release of acetylcholine at the neuromuscular interface of myasthenia gravis patients are within the normal range, but the amount of acetylcholine kinase on the postsynaptic membrane of the patients is reduced. Anti-acetylcholine protein kinase antigens are present at the protein kinase site, and nitric oxide synthase fused with immunoglobulin G, complement C3 and acetylcholine protein kinase is accumulated on the postsynaptic membrane. Acetylcholine protein kinase antigen can be detected in the blood cells of 70-80% of myasthenia gravis patients.

2. Bladder muscle weakness has a great impact on our health and life, so when such symptoms occur, you must receive medical treatment in time. In other words, in daily life, don’t hold your urine. If the effect is not good, you should take insulin. Eat less sweet, salty, and greasy foods, eat more whole grains and vegetables, try to make your diet and daily routine regular, and strengthening exercise is also a good way. At this time, you can pay attention to pinching the catheter when the patient has no urge to urinate, and urinate when the urge to urinate is more urgent. You can also massage the bladder and perform acupuncture.

3. Don't worry too much. This condition is related to lack of exercise. It is recommended to strengthen daily exercise. You can do more sit-ups to increase the contraction of the abdominal muscles. No excessive treatment is needed. Just get enough rest, eat light food, strengthen your physical fitness, and develop good habits of not holding back urine and urinating frequently. The warm-up exercise of jogging is very important, and it is recommended to focus on running. Sufficient stretching should be performed to move the ankle and kneecap to increase muscle temperature and the coordination of the cruciate ligament. When jogging, you should breathe in mainly through your nose, using moist heat to inhale strong cold air into your body. It is recommended to drink warm water moderately when jogging to prevent choking by cold water when replenishing water and moisturizing.
