Women should be alert to sub-health conditions if they have the following symptoms:

1. Dry eyes and dull eyes

Long-term work pressure is too high, the body cannot get timely rest, fatigue continues to accumulate, leading to symptoms such as dull eyes and dry eyes. Not taking a break leads to excessive use of the eyes, and eye fatigue cannot be relieved immediately.

2. Throat inflammation and pain

Habitual talking without timely replenishment of water is also a very energy-consuming thing. Sore throat and hoarseness are signs of physical fatigue. When people are tired, their immune function weakens, giving viruses and bacteria a chance to infect, and the throat is closest to the outside world, so symptoms include sore throat, inflammation, and hoarseness.

3. Dizziness

The human brain will immediately consume CO2 continuously when it is working continuously, and needs continuous replenishment of blood. Excessive fatigue and failure to rest when it should will immediately cause insufficient blood supply to the brain, resulting in cerebral hypoxia. Over time, symptoms will occur. And constantly feeling anxious or excited can cause unnecessary stress on the brain.

4. Memory loss

The human brain is the centralized place where we store information. If it is overly fatigued, the memory function of the human brain will weaken or even disappear, causing us to forget things and lose the ability to concentrate.

5. Pain in joints all over the body

This type of symptom is similar to a viral cold and fever. If you feel stiff and painful muscles in the joints of your body after waking up, it means that the body has not received immediate relief after overwork. Over time, it will lead to illness and muscle strain, and you will regret it.

6. Menstrual disorders and pale complexion

Menstruation is an important indicator that can reflect a woman's health status. If you have irregular menstruation when you are pregnant, it means that your body is experiencing problems. Long-term overwork will affect the body's growth hormone metabolism, which in turn affects the menstrual period and causes irregular menstruation. If we don't pay enough attention to it for a long time, it will cause women to age.
