Will the baby be deformed if a pregnant woman eats pepper?

Deformity is not easy to occur, but eating too much will have some effects on the fetus. During pregnancy, the mother seemed to like eating sour and spicy things very much. However, for the sake of the baby in the belly, mothers who like to eat chili should eat less. Eating too much will irritate the gastrointestinal tract, and in severe cases it may cause miscarriage or premature birth. If your kidney function is poor or your blood pressure is high, you should be more careful.

What causes fetal malformations?

1. Biological factors, including viral infection, sparganosis, etc., especially TORCH infection, which is generally caused by viral infection. It contains: herpes simplex virus, rubella virus, rubella virus, toxoplasma gondii, etc. If the above-mentioned virus infection and sparganosis infection occur in the early stages of pregnancy, it is very likely to cause fetal malformations.

2. Physical factors. Radiation is the main physical factor of fetal malformation. Therefore, women of childbearing age should try to reduce or minimize X-ray exposure to avoid radiation to the fetus in the case of unknown pregnancy. Of course, the harm of radiation to the fetus varies depending on the stage of embryonic development. Before 8 weeks of pregnancy, it will cause more serious effects. After 9 weeks of pregnancy, it may not cause malformations, but it may cause the fetus's whole body or brain growth to be delayed or even interrupted.

3. Nutritional and dietary factors. Malformations caused by nutritional deficiencies. It has been confirmed and is familiar to many female friends that folic acid deficiency can cause neural tube defects. Therefore, pregnant women should start taking folic acid tablets at least one month before pregnancy and continue until the third month of pregnancy.

4. Mental factors. Pregnant women experience changes in their mental state like others, such as joy, anger, sorrow, happiness, worry, thinking, sadness, fear, etc. when living in society and in the group. Some congenital physiological defects of the fetus may be related to the negative emotions of the pregnant woman during pregnancy.
