Breastfeeding milk leaks out

Every mother will encounter milk regurgitation during breastfeeding, but some mothers may have relatively severe milk regurgitation, usually with milk regurgitation here and there. My own milk is not enough for my baby to eat, and it is not very good if the milk leaks out while the baby is eating. How can I prevent the breasts from overflowing with milk?

In fact, milk regurgitation is a signal, and it will not flow out as mothers imagine. Of course, small breasts will affect the baby's appetite, and usually only a little bit will be discharged. If you press the nipple with the palm of your hand where the milk is leaking, it will relieve it to a certain extent.

There are generally two types of milk regurgitation. One is the signal of milk coming, that is, when the breasts are stimulated, milk will be discharged at this time. This is called milk regurgitation, which is a normal phenomenon. Therefore, it usually occurs when the breasts are swollen, or when the mammary glands are blocked, when the baby sucks the nipple, when drinking water, when eating, when the child cries, etc. It is normal for milk to regurgitate at these times! All the mother needs to do is press one button!

The other is milk leakage when the breasts are soft. This may be related to the body. Milk leakage is mostly due to Qi deficiency. Qi deficiency cannot absorb fluid, and the milk cannot be restrained. Therefore, as long as you identify what is causing the milk leakage, you will take corrective measures based on the symptoms.
