What are the signs of pregnancy?

In fact, most women tend to be particularly excited after finding out that they are pregnant. For women who are preparing for pregnancy, they need to pay close attention to the various changes in their bodies, because these changes are likely to be caused by pregnancy. More importantly, there are also a small number of women who do not check their pregnancy in time in the early stages of pregnancy, which leads to the problem of threatened miscarriage. So what are the specific signs of pregnancy?

The main signs of early pregnancy in women are: cessation of menstruation, abnormal sensations, breast changes, fatigue, frequent urination, nausea, gluttony or anorexia, moodiness and irritability, changes in basal body temperature, pain in the lower back, weight gain, discoloration of the vaginal mucosa, etc.

If you respond to any of the above five or so signs, I recommend that you go to the hospital immediately for a pre-pregnancy check to see if you are pregnant.

According to the experience of many pregnant women, the symptoms before pregnancy mainly include the following aspects:

1. Easily get emotionally fatigued

Women in the early stages of pregnancy easily feel tired, lack energy, and often want to sleep. However, this period did not last long and passed quickly. If you feel easily fatigued and have delayed menstruation, etc., it is recommended that you have a pre-pregnancy check-up, as these may be symptoms of pregnancy.

2. Breast changes

In the early stages of pregnancy, the breasts will gradually enlarge, the color of the nipples and areolas will deepen, and dark brown nodules will appear around the nipples. After 12 weeks of pregnancy, a small amount of clear milk will be secreted. These are due to the combined stimulation of estrogen and progesterone during pregnancy.

3. Stopping of menstruation

For women of childbearing age, if their menstruation is normal and they have sexual intercourse for more than two weeks beyond the normal cycle, they may be diagnosed as pregnant.

4. Changes in appetite

In the early stages of pregnancy, many women's appetite changes, and they may become gluttonous or anorexic. Some people have an increased appetite and want to eat sour foods, while others vomit whatever they eat. These situations vary from person to person. If the above phenomena occur, you should go to the hospital for examination.

5. Changes in skin color

In the early stages of pregnancy, women may experience skin pigmentation or stretch marks on their abdominal wall. It is more obvious in the later stages of pregnancy, which is worthy of women's attention.
