What to do if you are overexcited after IVF

Many young people will not have children too early, but now that medicine is more developed, you can freeze the reproductive cells first and then perform IVF transplantation at the appropriate time. However, the IVF process is very complicated, and pregnant women must rest for a long time. If any extreme symptoms occur, timely examination and adjustment are required. You can eat some dehumidifying and detoxifying foods, or do some acupuncture point massage.

After undergoing in vitro fertilization, pregnant women are advised to lie down and rest more and avoid long-term bed rest to prevent insufficient blood supply. Just like a normal pregnancy, you should not eat foods that promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis, or foods that have the function of removing dampness and toxins, such as longan, lychee, hawthorn, safflower, etc. Keep calm, don't be anxious, don't be angry. Don't do strenuous exercise, don't overwork, don't eat spicy food, don't drink alcohol or smoke.

In our country, people often refer to "in vitro fertilization and embryo transfer" (IVF-ET) as "test-tube baby." In fact, in vitro fertilization is a special technology that takes both eggs and sperm outside the body, allows them to complete the fertilization process in an artificially controlled environment outside the body, and then transplants the early embryo into the woman's uterus to grow into a child. Babies created using in vitro fertilization technology are called test-tube babies, and these children also grow inside the mother's womb. It can be said that "test tube baby technology" is equivalent to "in vitro fertilization".

In July 2018, a new study in the UK showed that in vitro fertilization does not increase women's risk of breast cancer, ovarian cancer and uterine cancer.
