Every time my menstrual period is irregular, I always hear people ask if I need to take some corpus progesterone copper to regulate my condition. Some people also say that luteal copper can assist pregnancy and maintain pregnancy. So, does corpus luteum copper really have such miraculous effects? What exactly is luteal copper? Let me first introduce luteal copper to female friends. Luteal copper is also known as progesterone value, which is estrogen. Lutein copper is a pure natural estrogen metabolized by the corpus luteum of the ovary. It has a significant histological effect on the uterine wall stimulated by estrogen in the body and is essential for maintaining pregnancy. Normally, corpus luteum copper is the estrogen secreted naturally by the female body, which has a negative feedback buffering effect. It can inhibit its own metabolism and also inhibit the secretion of estrogen. In the entire menstrual cycle of a normal non-pregnant woman, the estrogen level is the lowest before ovulation, begins to rise after ovulation, and reaches the highest level during the follicular phase. So, how do we interpret the normal values of corpus luteum copper? Under normal physical conditions, luteal copper is 0.6-1.0nmol/L during the estrogen follicle phase; 1.0-11.2nmol/L during the ovulation phase; and 20.8-103.0nmol/L after ovulation. If you get pregnant, the estrogen level will initially remain at the level of the follicular phase, and when the embryo is born, the growth hormone secreted by the embryo will increase the progesterone level in the pregnant woman's body to 100-200 lac/ml, which is dozens to thousands of times that of a non-pregnant woman. Due to the negative feedback regulation function of estrogen, after a pregnant woman gives birth, the embryo is delivered, and the woman who has just given birth loses the embryo as a source of hormone, and the estrogen level and female hormone level in the body will drop sharply, causing physiological normal amenorrhea in women during lactation. There are two preparations of corpus luteum copper: oral and injectable. It is used in clinical medicine for the reflective diagnosis of amenorrhea or the causes of amenorrhea such as threatened abortion and habitual abortion. It has certain effects when used to artificially regulate the menstrual cycle, but friends should note that corpus luteum copper is not omnipotent. Corpus luteum copper is a drug and needs to be used under the guidance of a doctor. Corpus luteum copper has side effects and should be used with caution. |
