Moxibustion has a history of thousands of years in China. It has a unique health-care effect. Then you can't avoid having your period. So, can moxibustion be used during menstruation?

Some people have a large amount of blood during menstruation, so moxibustion can promote blood circulation, remove blood stasis, and relax meridians and collaterals. If you do moxibustion at this time, it may further promote the function of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis, resulting in more menstrual blood. If the menstrual flow is light, then moxibustion during menstruation is just the right way to increase the menstrual flow by taking advantage of its functions of promoting blood circulation, removing blood stasis, and relaxing meridians and unblocking collaterals.
