Are cervical lesions serious?

Cervical cancer cell lesions must be taken seriously and treated in a timely manner. Many people feel like the sky is falling when they hear about cervical cell lesions. They are scared before they even figure out the situation and put a lot of pressure on themselves. In fact, this is very bad for the condition. If you want to cure your disease as soon as possible, you must first adjust your mentality, exercise moderately and develop good living habits.

1. Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) is considered to be a precancerous lesion of the cervix. Usually, most of them develop slowly and have a certain degree of gradualness. CIN1 can even regress or be reversible. The probability of developing into cervical cancer is about 15%, which is 4 times that of the normal population. It takes several years, or more than 10 years, to progress from CINⅠ→CINⅡ→CINⅢ→cervical cancer. HPV infection is the most important cause of CIN, especially high-risk HPV infection. If there is persistent HPV infection, the possibility of progression to cancer is greatly increased;

2. Check TCT (cervical liquid-based cytology test). The result indicates HPV infection because the cells are observed to have hollowed-out changes under the microscope, which is the change caused by HPV infection. However, this result is not necessarily 100% accurate, so it is recommended that you 1) biopsy: take cervical tissue for histological pathological examination; 2) HPV gene testing, which has a higher accuracy. If it is indeed a high-risk HPV infection, then consider antiviral treatment;

3. CIN1 is not a big deal in general. It is CIN3. As long as it is treated in time, it is not a big problem. However, you still need to pay attention to regular check-ups.

Cervical cell degeneration, you must be very sad when you see the word. You must keep a happy mood when you have any disease, so that you can better assist the treatment of the disease. We should also pay attention to protecting our bodies in our daily life, exercise regularly, quit smoking and drinking, eat more fresh vegetables and fruits, eat less snacks, especially puffed foods, and keep a happy and comfortable mood.
