Bleeding after a few days of menstruation

Bleeding after a few days of menstruation

Female friends are very concerned about their private parts bleeding, because if there is abnormal private parts bleeding, it is likely that there is a disease problem in the reproductive system. For female friends, menstruation is a normal condition of lower body bleeding, but many women find themselves bleeding from the lower body within a few days after menstruation. So what causes this situation?

1. Functional uterine bleeding. It is common in clinical practice, manifested by irregular menstrual cycles, excessive menstrual flow, prolonged menstruation or irregular bleeding. The principle of treatment is to stop bleeding quickly, adjust and establish a normal menstrual cycle after stopping bleeding, and prevent recurrence.

2. Contact bleeding. Most of the time, there is vaginal bleeding after sexual intercourse, which is often related to gynecological diseases such as vaginitis, cervical erosion, cervical polyps, early cervical cancer, and submucosal fibroids.

3. Hydatidiform mole. Women who have had a hydatidiform mole and then have it recur after treatment may also experience postmenstrual bleeding. This situation may be an early symptom of malignant hydatidiform mole, so you must seek medical attention immediately.

4. Take emergency contraceptive pills. The impact of emergency contraceptive pills on menstruation is mainly manifested in changes in the menstrual cycle, which may be early or delayed. If taken frequently, it may cause menstrual disorders and excessive menstrual bleeding.

5. Vaginal bleeding in menopausal women. Due to vaginal dryness after menopause, if some lubricants are not used during sexual intercourse, it is easy to cause mechanical damage to the vagina and bleeding. As age increases, the risk of cervical cancer and uterine cancer will increase accordingly, so regular check-ups are necessary.

6. Bleeding during ovulation. In this case, the amount of bleeding is not much. Some people only have a small amount of brown secretion. It usually lasts for half a day or 2-3 days, and no more than 7 days at most. It may be accompanied by mild ovulation pain and back pain. If the symptoms are mild, no treatment is needed. If the symptoms are obvious, you should seek medical attention immediately.
